Another service that BOC Partners provides is call tracking which records every call’s data along with the call itself and it is presented to you in a daily report that is sent to you via email.  This service enables you to return all missed calls and reacquire lost leads.

The email call tracking reports look like what it is seen here and they relay a great amount of information such as the callers number, the time call was made, and the location. In addition to the daily call tracking data  it also provides you with a recording of the call that can be played from the blue box next to the index number.
